The robot can speak using either the "Text-to-Speech" (TTS) engine that comes with Windows
or it can use the TTS engine that came with the Dragon software.
Speech Recognition is handled by Nuance Dragon.

HC-SR04 40KHz Ultrasonic ranging module. Designed for incorporation in equipment, robots etc.
Used to determine the distance to a target. Features high accuracy, non-contact,
stable measurements in a simple 4 connection +5VDC module.
The module "Pings" a target when triggered and outputs a logic pulse proportional to the distance.
